Crux has more than ten years of experience in the design and construction of micropile foundations, and has adapted this technology as a foundation alternative for transmission line projects. As an innovation leader, Crux provides design and construction services using micropiles for lattice, self-supporting single-shaft, and guyed tower foundations. Extensive experience in difficult logistic drilling along with a strong background in engineering design allows us to provide innovative solutions for the transmission line industry. Projects of note include San Diego Gas and Electric’s Wood to Steel Program (Southern California) and the Swan Lake to Lake Tyee Intertie (Alaska).
