Crux Recognized as an ADSC Safety Award Winner

Published on Back To Index

The International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC) has named Crux a Safety Award Winner for the calendar year 2019.  Crux is recognized in the 100,000-300,000 Man Hours Worked category for achieving an Incidence Rate below the Specialty Contractors Industry Average in 2019.

Crux has spent years developing a safety culture that promotes participation and accountability from employees at every level.  The company has also implemented parent company Quanta Services’ Capacity Model, which is based on the concept of building enough capacity to “fail safely.”  We strive to learn from each job, each mistake, and each success to continue getting better in every aspect of safe operations.

About ADSC

ADSC is a non-profit corporation organized to represent the interests of specialty sub-contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and engineers working in the anchored earth retention, drilled shaft, micropile, and related industries.
