Testimonial
Meet Justin Toney, our Engineering Manager! After graduating from Gonzaga University, Justin worked for a commercial building consultant before starting his career as a Project Manager with Crux in 2012. Since then, he has transitioned to positions as Senior Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Structural Engineering Manager, and is currently the Engineering Manager, responsible for all technical activities supporting Crux projects. While at Crux, Justin has been involved with various technical organizations and regularly gives presentations at industry events.
“My favorite part of working for Crux is the dynamic nature of each project and the unique challenges we get to overcome. Whether designing deep foundations to support high-power transmission line structures in remote northern climates, or structural platforms to support drilling equipment on steep spillways of gravity concrete dams, the need is always changing and the path to a solution is never boring!”
