Testimonial

Meet Buck Ott, one of our Project Managers at Crux! Buck was hired as a Helper in 1998 and worked his way into Driller, Driller Foreman, and General Foreman positions, before passing his Project Management Professional certification in 2021. As Project Manager, Buck oversees the planning, management, and overall execution of some of our most challenging projects.

“I would say ‘boring’ is the last word that can be used when working for Crux. The potential to advance your knowledge and skillsets, along with problem-solving abilities has never been better in the construction industry. It’s exciting to get up and let Crux take you to some of the most remote places in the country, put you in some of the worst conditions you can imagine, work in spectacular places that no one in the world will ever see, and get paid doing it. I originally told my hiring manager I would give him a year… that was 23 years ago.”
