Testimonial

Meet Michael Davidson, our Senior Project Manager! After graduating from Arkansas State University, Michael worked for Kiewit Underground before starting his career as a Project Manager with Crux. Since then, he has transitioned into the position as Sr. Project Manager and has gained exposure to multiple drilled foundation and ground anchor types, transmission line construction, electrical substation construction, and geotechnical investigation. Michael is involved with various professional organizations such as DFI and NAT, as well as supporting his children in soccer, dance, swimming, skiing, and other activities. During his time at Crux, he earned his Washington Professional Engineering license and Project Management Professional certification.

“Working at Crux has given me the opportunity to work in and travel to both very remote areas and major cities across the U.S. and Canada. I’ve gained experience in a wide range of construction methods, from helicopter-supported small-diameter drilling to large-diameter foundation drilling. My next step is expanding into electrical substation construction, including foundations and equipment installation. Project management is an ever-changing role in the construction industry—it demands adaptability, humility, and a constant drive to keep learning.”
